BOPP

The clear packaging tape made from BOPP material has high strength, good transparency, good barrier properties against oxygen and nitrogen, low-temperature resistance, and low specific gravity, which are well-received by many users. BOPP packaging tape uses BOPP bi-axially oriented polypropylene film as its base material. After being evenly coated with pressure-sensitive adhesive emulsion under heat, it forms an adhesive layer ranging from 8μm to 28μm in thickness, creating the BOPP tape jumbo roll. This material is indispensable in light industrial enterprises, companies, and personal life. Currently, there is no comprehensive national standard for the tape industry, only an industry standard for BOPP pressure-sensitive adhesive tape used for packaging.
After high-voltage corona treatment on the BOPP base film, one side of the surface becomes rough. Then, adhesive is applied to it to form the tape jumbo roll, which is then slit into smaller rolls of various specifications using a slitting machine. These are the tapes we use daily. The main component of the pressure-sensitive adhesive emulsion is butyl acrylate.
PE
By using different types and concentrations of catalysts, changing the composition ratio of the catalyst, and the polymerization temperature, high-density polyethylene (PE) resin with different properties can be produced. Additionally, according to user needs, different plastic additives can be added during the post-treatment process to produce granules for various purposes.
PVC

Its production volume currently ranks second in the world, just after polyethylene. PVC resin has relatively strong polarity and plasticity.
